ABOUT

Eucalyptus Sea Houses is located in a historic area of Preveza, where the naval battle of Actium took place in 31 BC between Octavian and Mark Antony and Cleopatra, who were vying for the control of the Roman Empire after the assassination of Julius Caesar. Since then, it has been a strategic point as it controlled the entrance to the Amvrakikos Gulf and is a landmark of the city of Preveza. Right next to it stands the Pantokrator Castle, built in 1806 for this purpose. From the late 1920s to the early 1970s it was converted into a prison, hence the locals still refer to it as “Pantokrator’s prisons.”

It is a family business built on the estate that has belonged to our family for almost a century. It is a new chapter in our lives’ book, written while keeping alive all the beautiful memories of our summer vacations. We want our place to convey to our guests what we also experienced: the feeling of absolute happiness, endless relaxation, and the desire for the holidays to never end.

Come and meet us, and we guarantee these holidays will be unforgettable.
